Our distribution centers and manufacturing facilities remained open through the global pandemic with additional safety protocols, communication, support and rewards for our critical front-line teams. We have permanently adopted a Flexible Framework model that sets Hybrid as the default model for professional employees, with many roles approved for fully remote/home-based.
